Chicago streets in winter

Thanks to this wonderful warm spell, I've been able to paint-out with the Plein Air Painters of Chicago about 6 times during the holidays and January. More images will follow soon. We will have a show of PAPC work at the Palette & Chisel, 1012 N. Dearborn opening Friday March 24 from 5-8 PM, with about 20 artists on display. It is great fun to see Chicago through the eyes and the brushes of this great group of painters.

To connect with the group go to http://pleinairpaintersofchicago.blogspot.com

Every Thursday the painting location for the following Saturday is posted. We paint 8:30 to 12:30 and then do a critique. If you are interested in joining us, just dress warm and show up!

I like the bottom painting of the L (I guess it is) particularly! Keep up the good work.
